Non-affiliation notice
FF Diamond Zone is an independent promotional rewards platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Garena or Free Fire. All game titles, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Please read these terms carefully.
1. Eligibility (13+)
You must be at least 13 years old to access FF Diamond Zone. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in promotional reward activities. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Diamond virtual currency
Diamond is an in-platform promotional loyalty point. Diamonds have no direct cash redemption value, cannot be withdrawn as fiat currency or cryptocurrency, and may only be exchanged for Free Fire top-ups listed in the official Diamond catalog.
Rewards are issued at our discretion, may be adjusted to protect the sustainability of the program, and are void where prohibited. Diamond balances do not expire while your account remains in good standing.
3. Account integrity & fair play
The following actions may trigger automated review, suspension, or a permanent ban, and may result in the loss of accumulated Diamonds:
- Creating multiple accounts on the same physical device.
- Using auto-clickers, bots, emulators, or scripts to view ads or play games.
- Using VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing to misrepresent eligibility.
- Exploiting the referral system, including self-referral or device collisions.
- Submitting false Player UIDs or impersonating another player.
4. Fulfilment & refunds
Top-ups are delivered directly to the Player UID you provide. Double-check your UID before confirming a redemption — rewards sent to an incorrect UID cannot be recovered.
In the rare event that fulfilment fails, all deducted Diamonds are automatically restored to your wallet. New accounts may be placed in a security review for up to 24 hours before a redemption is released.
5. Non-affiliation & changes
Free Fire and all related marks are the property of Garena. FF Diamond Zone provides an independent promotional service and does not sell game currency directly. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in the app.
